Gabon’s Ambassador Meets with Samba-Corée’s Executive Board

The year 2025 marks a period of change, and among the notable transformations is the arrival of a new diplomatic team at the Gabonese Embassy in South Korea. Leading this new era is His Excellency Mr. Landry MBOUMBA, who officially assumed his duties as Ambassador of Gabon after presenting his credentials to the President of the Republic of Korea.

As part of his commitment to strengthening ties with the Gabonese diaspora in Korea, Ambassador MBOUMBA held a meeting with the 2024-2025 executive board of Samba-Corée, the association representing Gabonese nationals in the country. This strategic discussion allowed both parties to exchange ideas, outline priorities, and explore ways to enhance support for Gabonese residents in Korea.

The meeting reinforced the importance of collaboration between the diplomatic mission and Samba-Corée in addressing key challenges, fostering opportunities, and ensuring effective representation for the community. With this new leadership, there is great optimism for stronger cooperation and impactful initiatives that will benefit Gabonese nationals living in Korea.

This engagement marks the beginning of a promising partnership, and Samba-Corée looks forward to working closely with the embassy to build a more unified and empowered community. ✨
