On May 9 and 10, Gabon was proudly represented at the Seoul Friendship Festival, an international cultural event bringing together communities from around the world to celebrate diversity, friendship, and cultural exchange in South Korea.
Throughout the two-day festival, many visitors stopped by the Gabon booth to discover and experience a part of Gabonese culture through traditional clothing and cultural interaction. Visitors had the opportunity to try on traditional Gabonese outfits, take pictures, and share enjoyable moments in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The event was filled with curiosity, laughter, and meaningful cultural exchanges, allowing many participants to learn more about Gabon and appreciate the richness and beauty of its cultural heritage. The enthusiasm and positive reactions from visitors made the experience especially memorable for everyone involved.
Beyond the exhibition of traditional attire, the festival also represented an important opportunity to promote Gabonese culture internationally and strengthen cultural connections with people from different backgrounds living in South Korea.
